Gingerbread are the delicacies that should not be missing in the cold season. There are innumerable versions and names for this flavourful pastry. We have a recipe for the Design Automatic Bread Maker Advanced that always works. Fresh gingerbread with coffee or a homemade winter tea are the be-all and end-all in the Christmas season.
  Ingredients

 1 egg
 100 ml milk
 15g margarine
 ½ packet of vanilla sugar
 70g cane sugar
 40g rye flour type 1150
 120g wheat flour type 405
 20g cocoa
 10g gingerbread spice
 Packet of baking powder

  Preparation
It is very easy to prepare fresh gingerbread in the Design Automatic Bread Maker Advanced . Put all the ingredients, starting with the milk and eggs, in the baking pan. Close the lid and then start program 9 for Cake. The baking time is approx. 2 hours.
Finally, let the gingerbread rest in the appliance for another 15 minutes. This makes it easier to remove it from the pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar and then enjoy it while it is lukewarm.
