Right of cancellation
All Gastroback products are intended for the processing of foodstuffs. For reasons of Health and Safety, we only test goods as they would also be tested in a retail shop.
The processing of foodstuffs for meals and drinks is not a necessary part of testing the quality, properties and functionality of goods.
If you have any questions about Gastroback products or your appliance is not working properly at present, or you need accessories or replacement parts for your Gastroback product, please contact our customer service team before returning your product.

1. Consumer’s right to cancel
The right of cancellation does not exist for the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of Health & Safety if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Cancelltion instruction - right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the final goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Gastroback GmbH, Gewerbestraße 20, 21279 Hollenstedt, email@example.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back from you or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The customer shall bear the direct costs for the return of the goods. Please do not send goods back to us without the return having been prepaid as this will make processing considerably more difficult for us. We would be happy to provide you with a DHL return label. If you use the return label, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs for you.
