You can cancel your order without having to give a reason up to 4 pm on the day you placed it if the item has not yet been dispatched by that time. The cancellation only takes effect once a notice of cancellation, preferably in writing, has been sent to
by E-Mail to info(at)gastroback.co.uk.
Cancellation is no longer possible if the item has already been dispatched. However, the customer can then still exercise their consumer’s right to cancel. The client shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Parcels not paid for in advance shall not be accepted.
